CLIENT: Industry FMCG / International Corporation and a leading position in Poland
CHALLENGE: Requirement of introducing a new format of packaging of the product onto the Polish market. The product imported from the West. There are no facilities for confection by the local branch of the Customer. The costs of foreign confection and costs of transportation of the finished product prevent finalization of the project.
ACTION TAKEN:
- Establishment of the project team on the client side (purchasing, marketing, engineers, finance)
- An analysis of variant costs (1- foreign confection 2- Local confection)
- Audits and brief for potential local suppliers
- Selection of suppliers and agreeing contractual terms and conditions
- Copying vestiary solutions from the West and adapt to the specific local production of selected provider
RESULT: The implementation of the product onto the market in terms of the client's budget.
