CHALLENGE: With the rapid growth of the company it focused on the development of key operational processes. Suitable for changing logistics and production conditions, packaging selection, technology activities and procurement processes did not keep the pace of the growth of volume.

ACTION TAKEN:

  • Technological optimization used for packaging based on higher production experience ( weight optimization of raw materials, printing techniques, construction)
  • Renegotiation of commercial offers including increased volumes (greater purchasing power) - reduction in prices, reducing the MOQ, payment terms extension, shorten delivery leadtimes - keeping current stocks by the supplier
  • Strengthening business relationships with key customers by launching joint projects to optimize packaging

RESULTS: 21% reduction in purchasing costs of packaging. Empowering the Customer position in relation to suppliers and raise of new, solid relationships with the key customers.
